On Board!
When we're looking to sell our products to the general public - via our trusted stockists - we feel it's very important to let them see exactly what they will be getting for their money. This is why, for each new stockist, we painstakingly produce a handmade display board to show off each colour within our wood stain / wood dye range. As you can imagine, this isn't a quick process; each colour has its own display block which is cut to the required size and sanded by hand. It's vital that the utmost care is taken during this process - after all, the better quality the block, the truer our stain / dye will look.
The display board below shows off our Traditional Range. We don't just put the effort into the blocks themselves; the plywood backing board is finished in our striking Beach Hut Blue (from the Pastel Range) to provide the perfect contrast to the Traditional colours.
This display board is one of our "slim-line" lightweight boards, so that customers can easily remove the blocks and view them in different lights. Again, we've done this so the end-user gets the truest representation of each colour.
Stand Up!
Les has certainly been busy lately. When he isn't grafting in the workshop producing the display boards. he's out restocking outlets or wowing potential new ones with the stunning boards. Last week, he provided Aire Valley Decorating Centre (Keighley), Hurdsfield Timber (Macclesfield) and Merritt & Fryers (Skipton) with brand new display stands. The stands themselves are also provided free-of-charge, to help display our products in the most impressive way.
This is our new display stand and board at Aire Valley Decorating Centre so pop in and have a look when you're next visiting Keighley!
Remember, we put as much emphasis on selling via stockists as we do selling via this website, as you sometimes can't beat the experience of handling the products and speaking to an expert in store. We're always looking to add to our growing list of stockists, so please get in touch if you'd like see us come to your area.
That's all from us today - enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Les, Rob, Phil and Marc.
