Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched the next working day.  Same day dispatch is available for an extra charge if you order before 12pm, but don't worry if you're a little late.  Just give us a call and we'll see what we can do!

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.  Struggling to find your email?  Just give us a call on 01254 366130 or pop an email to hello@woodfinishingproducts.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the day you place your order, the majority of UK orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.  

There are premium options available at checkout which guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days and further options for guaranteed next working day*.  We even offer Saturday delivery*!

For the premium options, orders must be placed by 12pm on the previous working day, but, again, if you miss the cut-off, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Late Delivery

We understand how frustrating delays can be, but unfortunately, once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are beyond our control. If your order does arrive late, you’re welcome to return it to us easily through our returns portal.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard 2-3 business day delivery is free of charge.  Premium delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

 *Next-day delivery and weekend delivery is unavailable in some areas of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Re-deliveries

Should you fail to receive your delivery after multiple attempts, or you fail to retrieve your order from a collection point, we can re-send your order subject to a re-delivery fee.

Picking Errors

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.  Should you receive the incorrect items, or items are missing from your order, please get in touch straight away so we can sort it out.  We cannot replace items beyond a month of you receiving them.
