Refund policy

We operate a no – quibble returns policy and if you return an unopened item within 30 days of ordering, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

Sorry but we are unable to offer free returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item, unless your item arrived damaged or the wrong item was dispatched.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee an exact match for wood dyes purchased at different times. Due to variations in our raw materials, there may be minor differences between batches.

Your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
